Now that we are fully into the new academic year, Information Technology Services would like to remind all instructors to review the Optical Scanning procedures to ensure tests are processed and returned in a timely manner and with minimal interruption.

All exams and evaluations must be dropped off and picked up at the ITS Main Office (Muller 102). In order for Optical Scanning requests to be completed, you must fill out a request form, a test header sheet and a key sheet for each exam. The normal turn-around time for scoring is 24 hours.

Also, any department making changes to their course evaluation should contact Computer Operations in advance to allow time for Operations to make those changes in the system.

Instructors doing classroom surveys and/or research requiring processing should contact Computer Operations in advance to establish compatibility with the system and coordinate a time frame for processing the request.
