As a part of the Student Leadership Institute, Terry Martinez will present a free session, entitled "Social Styles," on Wednesday, November 14, at 7:00 p.m. in the Clark Lounge. Martinez is director of student engagement and multicultural affairs at IC.

Often, when individuals work together in a team, differences in styles can trigger conflicts. This workshop will give participants and opportunity to explore differences in styles and will be helpful in improving people's ability to work effectively together. This session earns credit for the "Leading Self" Certificate.

The Student Leadership Institute is an ongoing series of free workshop sessions designed around topics in leadership and is intended for all Ithaca College students.
