As a part of the Student Leadership Institute, Kelly Stevens will present a free session, entitled "Situational Leadership," on Thursday, December 6, at 7:00 p.m. in Clark Lounge.

A commitment to developing people effectively employing them in the group's work is an essential role of a leader. Using the work of Paul Hersey, participants will explore a practical framework for developing people and increasing the productivity of a group.

This session earns credit for the "Leading Self" Certificate.

The Student Leadership Institute is an ongoing series of free workshop sessions designed around topics in leadership and is intended for all Ithaca College students.
