Matthew Pearsall (a 2006 graduate and chemistry major currently at Vertex Inc. in Cambridge, Massachusetts) and assistant chemistry professor Anna Larsen coauthored a paper accepted for publication in the Acta Crystallographica Journal (International Union of Crystallography).

Matthew is the first author of the article, which describes the single crystals X-ray diffraction study of the air-sensitive ruthenium(0) complex carried out in collaboration between Anna Larsen's group at IC and the group led by professor Phillip Coppens of the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Full reference: "Structure of the Di-mu-nitrosyl-bis [(eta-5-pentamethylcyclopentadienyl)ruthenium(0)](Ru—Ru) complex", Pearsal,M., Gembicky,M., Dominiak,P., Larsen, A., Coppens, P., Acta Crystallographica, Section E, 2007 (in press).
