Brazilian pianist Jairo Geronymo, a faculty member in the School of Music, will present an evening of chamber music from his homeland on Sunday, October 7, at 7:00 p.m. in the Hockett Family Recital Hall.

Joining Geronymo will be flutist Wendy Mehne, saxophonist Steven Mauk, trumpeter Kim Dunnick, violinist Rebecca Ansel, and pianists Diane Birr and Deborah Martin. Music of Heitor Villa-Lobos, Francisco Mignone, Nilson Lombardi, Camargo Guarnieri, Ernesto Nazareth, and others is on the program.
