National Depression Screening Day is October 11. However, there's no need for students to wait another week to find out if they're depressed.

The Counseling Center will provide cost-free depression screenings in the Counseling Center on Thursday, October 4, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Active Minds, a student organization, works to increase awareness of mental health issues and to decrease the stigma of seeking mental health services. Members of Active Minds will provide information about depression at a table in the North Foyer of the Campus Center during the same time period on Thursday (10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.).
