Gossa Tsegaye's video documentary, The Jungle's Edge, will be screened on Thursday, November 8, at 7:30 p.m. in the Park Auditorium. The film, which premiered in September, is about daily life in the Jungle, the wooded area near Ithaca's Inlet that for decades has served as a home for the homeless.

Tsegaye, an assistant professor in the Department of Television-Radio, filmed The Jungle's Edge over a two-year period with local resident David Fogel.

Tsegaye has produced several documentaries on marginalized groups in Tompkins County, including Dream Street, about residents of the Buffalo Hill Road area in Caroline, and The Dividing Line, about the so-called Rhiners of Ithaca's West End.
