On Monday, October 22, at 4:00 p.m. in Friends 201, the Sustainability Cafe topic will be "Where Have We Been, Where Are We Going?" presented by Ithaca College alumnus Rick Otis.
Rick Otis '76 is deputy associate administrator for the Office of Policy, Economics, and Innovation in the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Rick is part of the senior management team responsible for the agency's policy, rule-making, and innovations activities. Rick is interested in the logical evolution of federal environmental programs, including the political, institutional, procedural, public opinion, and communications challenges associated with successfully achieving innovative change.
