On Monday, October 29, at 4:00 p.m. in Friends 201, the Sustainability Café topic will be: "Weaving the Fabric of Sustainable Community." The presenter is Gay Nicholson, program coordinator for Sustainable Tompkins.

Nicholson will explain how Sustainable Tompkins has adopted a three-pronged approach to sustainable development within the Tompkins County region: catalyzing, convening, and connecting disparate elements of our community together to spur more sustainable decision making, thinking, and practice.
