The fourth and final panel in the series Experiential Learning -- It's Worth Talking About, will take place on Tuesday, October 30, from 4:00 to 4:50 p.m. in the Six Mile Creek Meeting Room.

Three faculty colleagues will share their experiences mentoring students who conduct original research, whether in the laboratory or in the community: associate professor of psychology Cyndy Scheibe, assistant professor of sociology Steven Sweet, and associate professor of biology Susan Swensen. Light refreshments will be served.

The four-panel series is co-sponsored by the Experiential Learning Committee of the School of Humanities and Sciences and the Center for Faculty Excellence. For more information, contact Stacia Zabusky, assistant dean at szabusky@ithaca.edu.

A description of the research model for experiential learning courses in H&S can be found on the committee's website.

Information about all four panels in the series is available at the Experiential Learning series page.
