Asma Barlas, director of the Center for the Study of Culture, Race, and Ethnicity, gave a talk as Dow Visiting Scholar at Saginaw Valley State University in Michigan on October 22.

Her talk was part of the Human Rights and Human Responsibilities lecture series sponsored by SVSU.
