Every year at this time, the Office of Conference and Event Services works with the Office of Dining Services to project catering costs for the following year.

This information should be helpful to student groups and departments as they begin the budget process for 2008-9.

Based on projected changes in transportation, labor, benefits, and product cost, catering prices will increase an average of four percent for the 2008-9 fiscal year.

Groups or departments who need housing quotes for summer 2008 should contact their event planner directly.
