Jeffrey Holmes, assistant professor of psychology, presented an invited address at the Northeast Conference for Teachers of Psychology in Danbury, Connecticut, on October 19.

The workshop, entitled "Introducing Research at the Introductory Level," illustrated strategies for teaching general psychology students how psychologists learn about human behavior, and about the importance of the scientific nature of the field.
