Attention: Faculty, Staff, and Administration
It's that time of the year again to give the gift of life, be generous this season, and donate blood at our blood drive -- December 4 in Emerson Suites, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
You are eligible to donate if you meet the following criteria:
• Are at least 17 years old
• Weigh at least 110 pounds
• Have not donated within the last 56 days. (If you donated at October's drive you are ineligible, sorry! Our next drive is in February.)
• Have not traveled abroad since 1980 for more then three cumulative months in Great Britain or six months cumulative in Europe.
We will also be taking two "double red" donations every hour. To be eligible to donate you must meet the following criteria:
• Men: Minimum of 150 pounds and 5’ 1” height
• Women: Minimum of 175 pounds and 5’ 5” height
• Have not made a double red donation in the last 16 weeks
If you have an hour to spare and would like to give the gift of life, please e-mail redcross@ithaca.edu or stop by our sign-up table in Textor for an appointment Wednesday, November 27, through Friday, November 30, between 9:00 a.m. and 2:50 p.m.

TIPS FOR A SUCCESSFUL DONATION: To improve your donation experience be sure to eat well the day of donation, drink plenty of fluids, and get a good night's sleep!
