Sustainable Holiday Event - Monday

Join us on Monday, December 3rd for a Sustainable Holiday Event during lunch at the Towers Dining Hall.

ICES and REMP will have great ideas on how to have a sustainable holiday. The special lunch menu will include: Stuffed Organic Peppers with Grass Fed Beef served with Organic Marinara
Sauce, Vegetable Stew with Cous Cous served with Biscuits, and Organic Carrot Salad with Pineapples. Hope to see you there!
