A Touch of Will in the Night

Contributed by Greg Bostwick on 12/12/07

The Styles of Acting class in the Department of Theatre Arts invites you to an evening of Shakespearean, Jacobean, Caroline, and French neo-classic monologues on Wednesday, December 19, at 7:30 p.m. in the Clark Theatre of Dillingham Center.

You will see selections from several of the Bard's tragedies, comedies, romances, and history plays. You will also see excerpts from the works of John Ford, John Webster, and Jean Racine.

As a special bonus, the class will present a scene from Othello and the trial scene from Merchant of Venice.

And it's all free of charge!

We hope you can join us for some or all of the fun. If you think someone you know might enjoy this, please bring them along.
