The African-Latino Society is sad to say good-bye to a great president, Peggy Williams.
Peggy Williams has been a great president and ally to the African-Latino Society, its general body members, as well as the entire ALANA community of Ithaca College. President Williams has served with dedication to Ithaca College for ten years. We are sad to see President Williams go, but support her in her decision.
We wish her the best in everything and trust that she will continue to do amazing things. With the powerful contributions she has made to the development of our community for the better, it will be difficult to imagine Ithaca College moving forward without her.
We can only hope that the successor to President Williams will be as great of a leader as Peggy Williams was and will continue to be. President Williams will always hold a place of honor in the hearts of our community.
