The staff at the Counseling Center would like you to know about the services and resources available to you!

Do you ever feel so worried or sad that it is getting in your way of doing your work or having healthy relationships? Have you had an experience that you can't stop thinking about? Have you ever wondered if you have an eating disorder? These are just a few of the reasons why coming to the Counseling Center could be helpful.

We offer individual, crisis, and group counseling for students. Our counseling and support groups can sometimes be even more helpful than individual counseling. Two of our new groups this year are the Sexual Assault Survivor Support Group, and a Surviving Your Family group. We have five other popular groups that have run every year.

For more groups and other Counseling Center information, please see our website, www.ithaca.edu/counseling, or call 274-3136.
