As if the "Top 10 Reasons We Love Working at Ithaca College" weren't enough, here's one more: because Ithaca has the best faculty and staff in the world! To date, 82 IC employees have contributed $31,359 to the Faculty/Staff Endowed Scholarship, making it possible to fund an annual scholarship for a student with financial need. Now, we're working toward funding a second scholarship.
A total of 825 faculty and staff members have contributed about $2.8 million to the Campaign for Ithaca College: Making a World of Difference since the beginning of the campaign in 2001. This is quite an impressive achievement.
If you haven't yet made your gift to the scholarship, there's still time. You can donate to the scholarship or to any of the other campaign priorities before February 29 by logging on to the Faculty/Staff Campaign website or by calling Anita Costa at 274-1155.
Please also join us at the new School of Business building for a campaign celebration on February 29 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Tours of the new building will be offered before and after the celebration program at 4:00 p.m., and cookies and punch will be served.
