Special event at the climbing wall on Saturday, February 23, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Come climb in the dark!
The Ithaca College climbing staff is hosting a special event on Saturday, February 23, at the climbing wall in the Fitness Center from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Simulating what rock climbing would be like in the dark, all the gym lights will be shut off and climbers will be given a headlamp to wear in order to see.
There will be music, food, and some special prizes from Eastern Mountain Sports for those who are able to make it over the big hump. In addition, all participants will receive a coupon good for one free climbing session and will also be entered into a raffle for a free semester climbing pass.
The cost is only $5 -- so bring a friend, strap on a harness, and climb high!
