The Technology Learning Center is pleased to offer a new workshop for Windows users: What’s New in Microsoft Office 2007. Per the recent Intercom article, faculty and staff can now upgrade to Office 2007 on college owned computers. The upgrade is free of charge.

Office 2007 looks and feels very different than Office 2003, the productivity package that most faculty and staff members have been using for years. Before upgrading to Office 2007, we encourage you to sign up for this workshop.

If you are interested in having ITS present the What’s New in Office 2007 workshop to your department, please contact Lisa Efing, lefing@ithaca.edu or at 274-1000, for additional information.

As always, the Technology Learning Center offers free, one-on-one software support to faculty, staff and students. Please visit the TLC website to sign up for a workshop or view the drop in hours’ schedule. TLC is located in Friends 101, across the hall from the Friends Computer Lab. Stop by and let a Training Specialist assist you with any software related questions.
