Alcohol, Drugs, and Gambling -- IC Health Survey

You could win a $100 or $50 gift certificate to Wegmans or your favorite local store!

The Core Alcohol and Drug Survey, with additional questions about gambling, was e-mailed to 2,800 randomly selected IC students last week. A reminder was sent earlier this week. The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete.

An additional 20 students will win smoothie coupons for Grand Central Cafe!

Please help us gather info about alcohol, drug use, and gambling by completing the anonymous survey.

The Core Survey is administered by the Health Promotion Research Committee.
