Then you should consider becoming an adviser for prism, Ithaca College's social and educational student organization for our LGBTA community!
We are seeking two new advisers for prism, IC's social and student organization for students who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, or intersex, as well as straight allies.
The co-advisers will share responsibilities, which include: communicating with the executive board about plans and progress; mediating conflicts that may arise; acting as a resource and role model for the executive board and general assembly; attending at least one executive board meeting per month (Thursdays from 5:15 to 6:30); and attending general assembly meetings whenever available but minimally for elections once per semester.
