Join us on March 19 to celebrate National Agriculture Day at the Towers Dining Hall from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The special menu will include:
* Blackened chicken served with organic brown rice
* Roasted zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms, and eggplant
* Organic tomato and onion salad, seasoned with cilantro and olive oil
Every year on the first day of spring, America celebrates National Agriculture Day. It is a day to show farmers and ranchers just how important they are to this nation. This is a day where "we honor agriculture for providing safe, abundant, and affordable products, a strong economy, a source of renewable energy, and a world of job opportunities."
