On Tuesday, April 1, at noon, the Partnerships in Sustainability Education program continues to offer support for faculty who are interested in infusing sustainability-related content into their courses.

The "Sustainability Brown Bag" series is held on the first Tuesday of each month from noon to 1:00 p.m. in the Gerontology Institute conference room, fourth floor of the Center for Health Sciences.

The discussion topic for this Sustainability Brown Bag will be on "Using EcoVillage's Living Laboratory to Teach Sustainability across the Curriculum."

Ecovillage at Ithaca (EVI) educator (and IC biology lecturer) Tina Nilsen-Hodges will give a brief presentation about EcoVillage, and she will brainstorm with participants about how they could use EVI to support their course goals. Nilsen-Hodges will highlight the dimensions of an education for sustainability and how faculty can integrate them into their work with students.

So, plan to "brown bag" your lunch and come join your colleagues for this discussion.

For more information or to get answers to questions, contact Tina Nilsen-Hodges (knilsenhodges@ithaca.edu).
