The Office of Public Safety wants you to be safe wherever you travel in the Ithaca area. It is recommended that you take prudent safety precautions and travel in groups, staying in well-lighted areas at night.

Any suspicious person or activity should be reported immediately to the Ithaca Police (dial 911) if you are not on IC campus property. If you are on the IC campus and need the IC Office of Public Safety for assistance, use a blue light telephone or a regular telephone by dialing 274-3333 to contact the Office of Public Safety.
