Special optical scanning procedures and schedules are in place for final exam week through Monday May 12th, 2008.

All test results will be e-mailed to professors, without exception. As such, a valid Ithaca College faculty e-mail address will be required on Test Cover sheets. Test results WILL NOT be emailed to a non-ithaca.edu address.

From Tuesday May 6th through Monday May 12th, optical scanning runs will be done from the ITS Main office to Computer Operations, EVERY HOUR between 8 am and 4 pm. Please allow for a three-hour turn around time on your requests.

The LAST scanning run to Computer Operations will be at 4:45 pm on Monday May 12th.

Between 4:45 PM and Midnight Monday, May 12th:

  • All exams and course evaluations not picked up from the ITS main office by 4:45 p.m. will be taken to Computer Operations.
  • Professors must call Computer Operations at 274-3406 to make arrangements to bring/pick up the optical scanning request to/from Computer Operations in Job Hall. Instructors will be met by the door to the Admissions office near the staircase to be escorted to the Operations office.
  • All exams must be dropped off at Computer Operations by 11:00 pm to ensure processing.

All exams NOT picked up from Operations will be brought back to the ITS Main Office on Tuesday May 13th. They will be available for pick-up by 8:30 am.

Reminder for Course Evaluations:
Course Evaluations should be submitted by Faculty through the Administrative staff of their respective department for processing.
