Instructional Graphics Services Finals Week and Summer Information

Instructional Graphics Services (IGS) will have limited office hours during Finals Week and be available by appointment only during the summer.

The IGS Office, Gannett 320, will be open May 5th - May 9th at the following times:

  • Monday 11 am - 2 pm
  • Tuesday 11 am - 2 pm
  • Wednesday, by appointment only
  • Thursday 11 am - 4 pm
  • Friday, by appointment only

Please pick up completed work by Thursday May 8th.

After May 9, the IGS Office will be open by appointment only and services will be limited. Please contact Marilyn Dispensa if you have any requests, questions or concerns at igs@ithaca.edu or 274-3647.

A job search is currently underway for a new digital media specialist. We appreciate your cooperation and patience during this transition.
