Intercom Alert Inadvertently Retransmitted

Information Technology Services (ITS) regrets the retransmission of the Intercom Alert, "Important Message from the President," that was originally sent on Wednesday, April 30.

A problem with the e-mail system coincident with the time at which the message was originally attempted on April 30 caused it to be queued for redelivery, which happened on the morning of May 2 as part of some routine maintenance conducted on the e-mail system.

Again, ITS regrets this error and we are taking steps to help ensure that similar incidents do not occur in the future.
