Attention faculty members, you can now create your course shell in the Blackboard 6 online courseware system through HomerConnect!

ITS is in the process of converting the online courseware system from WebCT 4 to Blackboard 6. Course creation and student enrollment is now integrated with HomerConnect eliminating the manual course creation and student enrollment processes.

If you are teaching summer and fall courses and want to use Blackboard, go to the Blackboard Support page and follow the instructions listed for Creating A Course Shell in Blackboard under the Frequently Asked Questions section.

New summer and fall course requests will be created in Blackboard. Existing WebCT courses can continue to be used through the Fall semester. All courses using an online courseware system must be using Blackboard for the spring 2009 semester.
