Do you have questions about your Aetna medical coverage or about a processed claim? Our Aetna representatives, Denise Dolinsky or Aimee DeWispelaere, are on campus frequently to answer your questions.
The dates that they will be on campus in May and June are:

Tuesday, June 3rd, 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Tuesday, June 10th, 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Tuesday, June 17th, 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Tuesday, June 24th, 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
All meetings will take place in the HR Conference Room in the Administration Annex, unless you request otherwise.
