This is a reminder about the annual campus electrical shutdown on May 24 and August 3.
In order to perform required maintenance to the campus electrical system, it is necessary to expand the annual campus electrical shutdown to two separate dates. The two-day shutdown will become the standard for this annual event.
The shutdowns are scheduled for May 24 and August 3, 2008, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on both dates. Information Technology Services advises that all computers and printers be unplugged before these interruptions. Please communicate this to the appropriate personnel within your department.
As always, staff from the Office of Facilities will be on duty during and after these interruptions to ensure all systems resume their normal functions. Please call 274-3225 if you have any questions or concerns.
