The Office of Human Resources would like to announce some organizational changes in the areas of payroll and compensation and organizational design.
The current manager of payroll, Gertraud Mulrooney, is leaving Ithaca College to move with her family to the Midwest. We would like to thank her for all of her hard work and service to the College, and wish her well on this new chapter in her life.
Donna Veres has been appointed payroll manager, with Kris Guidi serving as assistant payroll manager. The newly reformed payroll team will work in the newly reconstructed area of compensation, payroll, and organizational design, with Cindy Reckdenwald serving as director and Maura Fetsko as compensation specialist in this new operational area.
This restructuring is an effort to centralize and streamline our processes as we work to enhance our current offerings and develop new compensation initiatives. We are very excited about the appointment of Donna and Kris and the newly formed group, which brings a wealth of experience, expertise, and dedication to the College.
