Lynnette Hatch, formerly Ithaca's associate registrar, has been appointed acting registrar.
Lynnette will officially begin her duties on July 16 and will work through the end of September while Ithaca College conducts its search to find a new registrar. She retired from the College in 2001 after serving 33 years in the registrar's office.
Please join me in welcoming Lynnette back to campus.
Registrar Search Underway
The search committee has been formed to find Ithaca's next registrar. Meg Nowak, assistant dean in the School of Business, will chair a search committee comprised of the following individuals:
• David Cruz '10, Music Education -- Voice
• Martha Gray, Director of Institutional Research
• Sharlene Nichols '09, Film, Photography, and Visual Arts
• Michael Pagliarulo, Professor and Chair, Physical Therapy
• Susan Swensen, Associate Professor and Chair, Biology
• Jaimie Voorhees, Assistant to the Dean of Enrollment Planning
• Tinita Wheaton, Information Systems Manager, Registrar's Office
• Greg Woodward, Dean, School of Music
The committee will be active throughout the summer months with the intent of identifying finalists for campus visits soon after the beginning of fall semester.
