Got something to say about alcohol? Consider making a public service announcement!
The Health Promotion Committee is sponsoring a PSA competition for National Collegiate Alcohol Awareness Week (NCAAW). All students are invited to create a 30- or 60-second PSA designed for either radio or television. The PSAs should be focused on good decision making around alcohol and this year's NCAAW theme, "Have Fun ... Stay Safe!"
Submissions are due September 10, so start planning now! Winners will be selected on September 23. The winning PSAs will run on either ICTV or WICB. Additionally, winners will be able to select one of the following prizes: a flip camera, iTunes gift card, or Best Buy gift card.
Keep an eye on Intercom and the Health Promotion Committee website for more information, including contest rules and how to submit! Submission guidelines will be posted on August 7.
