The Ithaca College coaching staff will offer a Learn to Row Clinic at the Haskill Davidson boathouse on Friday, September 5, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Please see below for more details!
Location:
Ithaca College Boathouse. Directions from Ithaca College: 96B downtown, pass the Commons, turn left on 79 West (Seneca Street), right on 13 North (Meadow Street), left at Third Street (Aldi's ison the corner), take an immediate left after crossing the railroad track, go all the way to the end of the drive pass the Cornell Boathouse.

Format:
- Introduction, tour, safety discussion
- Land instruction on the ergometer
- Launching the shells and dock instruction
- Row for 30 to 45 minutes
- Wrap-up
What to Bring:
Workout clothes (tight fitting is best), sneakers, and a water bottle.
Safety/Liability:
We will follow USRowing safety guidelines and Ithaca Crew safety procedures. All participants will need to sign an Ithaca College waiver (on-site), and verify their ability to swim.
Please verify your ability to swim with a lifeguard and bring this portion with you to the clinic. The Ithaca College outdoor pool is open Monday-Friday, noon to 7:00 p.m.; Saturday, noon to 6:00 p.m.; and Sunday, 1:00-7:00 p.m., through Labor Day. The indoor pool is open Monday-Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., through August 22. More info on operating hours for both pools can be found on their respective websites:
