Intercom roundup e-mails will now be delivered three times a week -- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday -- to all members of the campus community.

Due to a steadily increasing volume of Intercom submissions, and requests from administrators and staff members that important news reach the campus more quickly, staff members from the Office of Marketing Communications and ITS decided that issuing the Intercom roundup three times per week would best serve the needs of students, faculty, and staff, and other Intercom readers.

Because of this new publication schedule, the deadlines for submitting a story to Intercom have been adjusted. They are:

• Monday roundups: the previous Friday at 3:00 p.m.
• Wednesday roundups: Tuesday at 3:00 p.m.
• Friday roundups: Thursday at 3:00 p.m.

In addition, the roundups will carry a new feature, "Intercom Top Stories." This list of important stories also can be found in the new myHome at Ithaca web portal (myhome.ithaca.edu), in the top left corner. Starting this week, the "Top Stories" will also be featured on the home page of the Intercom website (www.ithaca.edu/intercom).

You will also notice some minor improvements to the design and color scheme of the Intercom website.
