Ithaca College

Department of Theatre Arts faculty member Jeffrey Tangeman was recently elected to serve as the first chair of the Board of Directors of the Independent Theatre Collective, which is based in Wheeling, West Virginia.

The Independent Theatre Collective brings together theater artists headquartered in the northern panhandle of West Virginia. Members include nominees and winners of prestigious regional awards such as the Joseph Jefferson Awards (Chicago) and the Theatre Roundtable Awards (Columbus).

The mission of ITC is to write, read, find, and produce thought-provoking, challenging works that will enlighten, enthrall, and entertain. Ever-growing and always evolving, ITC is constantly looking forward -- and forever a work in progress.
