David Gilbert, president and CEO of the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission, will keynote the Careers in Sport Symposium 2008, scheduled for Saturday, November 1. The program will run from 8:30 a.m. through 12:30 p.m. in the Center for Health Sciences atrium and classrooms.

For nearly a decade and a half, the Department of Sport Management and Media has hosted the Careers in Sport Symposium as a way of connecting our current students with graduates and friends working in the sport industry and related fields. This year's program features over 20 panelists and speakers representing various sectors of the sport and related industries, including:
