This is a friendly reminder from the 2008 Voter Registration and Education group to register to vote before it's too late. If you miss your state's deadline, you cannot vote in the November 4 presidential election.

Below are the registration deadlines for states that many of our students hail from. For a listing of deadlines in all 50 states, go to www.rockthevote.com/electioncenter.

Pennsylvania: deadline already passed
New York: October 10
New Jersey: October 14
Connecticut: October 15
Massachusetts: October 15

Register with a Local Address

Remember, students are permitted to use an Ithaca College address to vote so that they don't need to vote via absentee ballot -- but you must make sure to register to vote with this address now. The polling place for all campus addresses is the Circle Apartments community center.
