Boo and hello to everyone! It’s Jessica Ecock here, from Emerson Hall and the Garden Apartments, and I want to tell you about our exciting programming opportunity.
Every year, it is tradition that the residents of Emerson Hall, RA staffs, and campus organizations sponsor a Halloween Extravaganza for the children and grandchildren of Ithaca College Faculty and Staff.
We invite you to sponsor a lounge in Emerson Hall for this event! You and your organization are encouraged to decorate the space and plan activities to fit in this year’s theme of
Classic Monsters: The Monster Mash
The event is: Sunday, October 26, 5 – 7 pm
-Set up of lounges allowed as early as 12 pm. (If you do not arrive to set up by 4:30 PM, you may not participate.)
This event is for young children, so we are looking for fun rooms instead of scary spaces.
We encourage you to think of fun activities that the children can participate in while in your rooms, including non-edible prizes.
The lobbies and lounges will be divided into classic monsters. If you want a lounge, we will assign you to one.
If you are interested in taking a space, please email jecock@ithaca.edu with your name, email, cell phone number, and what organization you are working with.
We have only a few spaces left so quickly decide if you want to participate!
