Due to the popular response to the flu shot clinics cosponsored by the Office of Human Resources and the Hammond Health Center, two more sessions have been added to allow benefits-eligible employees to receive flu shots at no cost.

In addition to the dates previously posted, sessions have been added for Tuesday, October 28, and Monday, November 3. Both of these sessions are being held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Wellness Clinic.

Appointments should be made by using the following link on the HR website:

Flu Shot Appointments

Please sign up for the date and time you prefer on a first-come, first-served basis. Please do not show up for a shot without registering. The Health Center needs to track and monitor the amount of doses available.

The clinics listed above are for benefits-eligible faculty and staff only; student clinics will be scheduled separately. Employees are asked to bring their ID card when they come for their shot.

In addition to the announced dates, the Health Center will be present to give flu shots at the HR Benefits Fair on November 13 in the Fitness Center (more details to come!).
