As Financial Service's representative for the new standardized address project, as well as being responsible for maintaining the supplier database, I would like to share the following important information regarding the new standardized address format.
As you are aware, a new standardized address format was approved by the President's Council in August. Notices have been posted in Intercom; Mail Services also sent out address-correction cards and notices.
Effective immediately, the new address format listed below must be used when submitting a new supplier addition or update to Financial Services. This includes IC departmental addresses as well as students with an on-campus address (this includes the Circle Apartments). If a supplier add/update form is submitted incorrectly, it will be returned with a request to supply any missing or incorrect information.
