Margaret Arnold, associate professor and chair of the Department of Recreation and Leisure Studies, recently presented at the National Recreation and Park Association annual congress in Baltimore, Maryland.

She copresented "The Millennials are Coming! So How Do We Manage These Extraterrestrials?" with Bill Hendricks, from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo, and Liz Vance, deputy director of the Ithaca Youth Bureau.

The paper focused on the many liabilities and assets that the "millennial generation" brings to the workplace.
