With less than a week to go before the election, spend a few minutes to find out where to go to vote, review your election ballot, and research the candidate(s) you'll be voting for -- on both the national and the local level. Keep reading for easy to access web resources.

Voting in Person?

Not sure where to go to vote if you're voting in person? Check out www.vote411.org to find your local polling place. If you've registered using your Ithaca College address, your local polling place is at the Circles Community Building.

Who's on My Local Ballot?

Interested in seeing the local ballot before you go to vote? You can find local ballots and local polling places listed at the Tompkins County Board of Elections website. Ithaca College addresses are in the Town of Ithaca, District 3.

For your local ballot -- if you're voting elsewhere, visit your state board of elections website. A list of all State Board of Elections can be found at www.ithaca.edu/vote; click on "Election Links."

Declare Yourself -- nonprofit campaign to empower and encourage every eligible 18-year-old American to register and vote in the presidential primary and 2008 presidential election

VoteGopher.com -- one-stop, nonpartisan election resource, created by young voters to focus on the issues

Vote 411.org -- the League of Women Voters' national voter information site

USAVotes2008 -- an election news coverage website offered by Voice of America news
