Are you an Ithaca College faculty or staff member who provides care for an ill or frail family member -- either close to home or from a distance?
If so, the Ithaca College Caregiver Support Group invites you to a presentation by Lisa Kendall on Friday, November 21, Noon – 1:15 in Klingenstein Lounge.
This talk, titled Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it GO: Holiday Stress Tips for Caregivers, will help participants identify both common and extreme holiday stressors caregivers may face. It will provide an easy-to-use strategy to make the holidays meaningful and enjoyable (or at least survivable!).
A light lunch will be served. If you expect to attend, an email to pmayberry@ithaca.edu will help us with planning. However, please feel free to show up even if you have not responded!
