Four occupational therapy graduate students presented a poster at The Association of Schools of Allied Health Professions Conference in Baltimore, MD on Friday, October 31.

Jenessa Fisk, Taryn Michelitch, Rebecca Palmese, and Anna Yahner presented the findings of a needs assessment that was conducted in the spring of 2008 under the supervision of Julie Dorsey, assistant professor in the Occupational Therapy Department.

The study investigated the need for occupational therapy services at the Ithaca Free Clinic. The students are currently working with Professor Dorsey to provide free outpatient occupational therapy services at the Ithaca Free Clinic, located in downtown Ithaca.
