Flu Shot Clinic for IC Students Only!

Ithaca Falls Meeting Room, 2nd floor Egbert Hall
A flu shot clinic is being scheduled for IC students only. This will be a walk-in clinic; no appointment necessary. Requirements to participate:
*Must be a currently matriculated IC undergrad or grad student with ID.
*Must be 18 years of age or older by 11/17/08. (Students younger than 18, please call the Health Center for information on making arrangements to receive immunizations.)
*Cost: $15.00. We can accept checks, cash or request to bill to Bursar’s account only. We are unable to accept credit or debit cards at this clinic.
If you have questions or prefer to make an appointment to receive the flu shot at the Health Center, please contact 607-274-1183 during regular business hours.
