We would like to thank everyone who took the time to attend the 6th annual Veterans Day Celebration on November 11, 2008.
The event was a great success and a wonderful opportunity to hear some beautiful music performed by the IC VoICes and the IC Brass Choir as well as a very moving speech delivered by the David J. West, Director of the Bath, NY VA hospital.
The members of the CU-IC ROTC Color Guard performed flawlessly and their presence was most appreciated.
We also wish to thank President Tom Rochon for his thoughtful Opening Remarks as well as Prof. Michael Faber for his powerful Invocation.
Upon invitation from Mr. West, some of the Committee members will be presenting the "Appreciation Book" of Thank You notes and cards to the Veterans at the Bath NY facility in early December.
