Native American Celebration Month continues on Wednesday, November 19, at 7:00 p.m. in Williams 221 with an eye-opening presentation by Robert Spiegelman on one the darkest moments in local history -- the Sullivan-Clinton Campaign.

Robert Spiegelman, in a tour-de-force presentation combining fresh research, dramatic visuals, and unique animated maps, will explore the Sullivan-Clinton Campaign's dark origins, key players, main events, tragic and victorious aftermaths, and lasting results.

Beyond the military operation, he shows its impact on Haudenosaunee culture, the land and today's environment. A great opportunity for teachers who want to learn about the interactive website and bring this fateful historic event into the classroom. See also http://www.sullivanclinton.com/

All events are free and open to the public.
